The users of the site are Real Estate agents, bank employees and individual customers who want to buy/sell and/or rent real estate.
By creating this kind of real estate platform, the bank promotes its financial services (real estate loans).

Users should login/register to access their profile at the system.
They can publish their real estate offers in the database.
Comprehensive Search engine allows everyone in the web to search for active real estate offers.
There is a formal approve process before the offer is published.

Registered users can also save their search filters, subscribe for database update newsletter, subscribe for site news, use bulletin board, use bank loan calculation forms.

There is also a large administrative section.
Administrators are assigned access to work only with specific areas of the administrative web site.

Administrators have the following options:

• Manage/Approve Real Estate Offers
• Manage/Approve Bulletin Board Offers
• Make up a Newsletter
• Analyze Business Intelligence Reporting
• Manage/Approve Users and their profiles
• Manage Site Content using TWP Content Editing System (this feature is described in detail in SEPP project section)

System also has a scalable mailing engine, which runs at the system low workload. The interactions with customers are mostly performed by email, these include Offer approve/decline, Registration confirmation, Database updates and so on. The system watches for offer expiration, approval.

System also has an intelligent notification system. It informs the closest bank branch office by email about users’ interest in real estate offers, that means this person might as well be interested in getting a bank loan for this real estate.

The system is built on Microsoft Internet Information Server, Microsoft .NET framework, Active Server Pages .NET (ASP.NET), XML/XSL technology and Microsoft SQL Server 2000.
